This location of Sal's is a facsimilie of the main location in Elmhurst, same layout, size, etc. Service was friendly although there was no one in the beer aisle. They reccomended the Mexican taqueria "3 Potrillos" across the street, which turned out to be an authentic place with tasty food.

Selection wise, they didn't have the full scope of micro seasonals and one-offs that the main location had. My mission was to find some leftover goodies here, but there wasn't much that couldn't be found elsewhere (no Peche Mortel). They do have several "full lines" of US micros (5 or more varieties), such as Flying Dog, Avery, Three Floyds, Goose Island, and Founders. The famed vintage Anchor OSA vertical is here, same as the Elmhurst Sal's. Some obscure eastern European singles to be had, but there was a bit of dust blanketing the import aisle in general.

If you are in the area for whatever reason, make a quick stop here, but you won't find much if you are beer hunting.
