McGlynns Pub & Restaurant is an Irish-inspired neighborhood tavern. As of 2012, they have three locations: Pike Creek, Peoples Plaza, and Dover on scenic Silver Lake. I have been consistently impressed with their tasty cuisine, much better than average pub fare, and the service is consistently friendly. They often put out free snacks at happy hour, and the complimentary popcorn is a nice touch! There is plenty of seating at the large central bar, with several TV's for sports or trivia. There are a couple dozen beers on tap, a great selection with several rotating seasonals. Ask for "Taylor's Grog", which is an exclusive beer from nearby Twin Lakes Brewery that is produced just for Deer Park and McGlynns. The Pike Creek McGlynns is a nice, popular neighborhood bar.
