South Austin Brewing is located in an industrial park with bluish gray corrugated steel buildings. Out front there is a white tent and a greenish yellow truck. They occupy one unit with a couple of white garage doors that open to the brewhouse, which holds their stainless steel brewing vessels. Private tours are available by appointment most weekdays, but they do not have a tasting room. Some Sundays they host an open house with live music and food. South Austin has two flagship beers, which are better than average, but with only two beers in their offering, I can't give a high score on their selection. Offered in 750mL bottles, they are: Belgian Style Golden Ale (7.8% abv) and Saison D'Austin (8%).
