You enter on the street side which is a bit of a walk from the Lau Hala Shops parking lot in the back. There is a long double sided bar that extends to the left with adjacent tall table seating and additional interior table seating to the back. A spacious covered patio provides outside seating along the sidewalks on the two exterior sides of the restaurant. There are sixteen taps featuring primarily house brews with occasional guest offerings. On opening night, I enjoyed Return of the Mac and Hemp Brown Ales. By the time I returned, both kegs had blown so I had a couple favorites; Wiamea Red Ale and Imperial Coconut Porter. DD enjoyed the Island Ginger house brewed soda. The food menu includes starters & salads, several unusual pizzas and sandwiches as well as some "big plate" offerings. There is ample parking in the back lot or adjacent parking structure. Public transit, The Bus, stops nearby.
