I have been to GG Brewers twice, and it's surprisingly difficult to decide whether I like this place or not! The staff is very friendly, and brewmaster / owner was happy to chat about his beers. The attendance was low the times I went. The place is quite small, and in fact their website touts, "We are the Worlds 2nd smallest independent brew pub." They only have about 4 beers on tap, and the stronger ones (Naughty Boy Stout Oatmeal Stout, Smoke Gets in Your Rye, Amberly Eyes) were just average. I usually don't enjoy light beers, but their Keswick Light was actually very clean and impressive. So, if you're hunting bold beers, this is not your place. But if you're looking for a good session with friends after catching a show at Keswick theatre across the street, then I can see the charm in this place.
