linkWow, what can I say. Starfish is located in downtown Bethlehem and the food is simply outstanding. Most entrees are in the $24 range and appetizers are around $8. The place is quiet enough for a nice conversation and has very good service and atmosphere.
Of course we need to talk about the beer. Only three drafts, all Belgian. The night of my visit the beers were Leffe Blonde, Blanche de Bruxelles and La Chouffe. For bottles the list is 45 selections with only about 5 being the standard stuff you find elsewhere. The other 40 are well selected local, regional, national and Belgian offerings. Something for everyone and no slouches in the bunch.
I must go back to Starfish!
