linkThis is a South Bethlehem institution that used to have a great beer selection. Changes in management have turned it into a haven for Blue Moon and Bud Light, sadly.
It's a smoky college bar with some history, and the chef knows what he's doing, so the food is generally very good.
Our beer tasting group used to meet at the Ho, but it just doesn't have the selection anymore. Now, it's best on a nice day or evening when the back porch provides a break from the smoke and innumerable students that take the place over later.
Service flat-out stinks. People are good but no one worries too hard about coming to your table. Best bet is to sidle up to the bar, where the 'tenders are always good.
