The Flying Pig has recently changed ownership. They brought the Executive Chef from the Double Tree at Sea Tac into the Flying Pig as the General Manager. A completely revamped menu and food selections just catapulted this pub to the top of its peers with dishes such as Orange peel seared Salmon and Crab Cakes. The micro beer selection is stil as large as its always been and the setting is once of the best as far as Pub Restaurants go. I give this a high 5 all the way around.
