Attached to the Renaissance Hotel in downtown DC near Chinatown. It's close to both the Metro Center and Gallery/Chinatown metro locations.

The interior is bigger than you'd think from the outside. There is a long bar that wraps around two walls with taps along the back which provides a good amount of seating. TVs line the walls where the bar is. There's also a large seating area to the right of the entrance. I'd say it's more of a sports atmosphere given the TVs, but it's not a sports bar either.

The beer menu is on a clipboard with I'd say almost 50 beers on tap broken down by style. They also have a full bar for anyone who isn't into beer. The use correct glassware, or at least everything isn't served in a pint glass.

I didn't order any food during my visit. I never got a chance to test the knowledge, but I didn't have to point out what I meant when I ordered so the staff seems at least knowledgeable about what's on tap.
