I've only heard good things about Sante Adairius since they opened a few months ago. It seems their word-of-mouth strategy is working out well, as their modestly sized tap-room we quite full on a Sunday night. Upon walking in I could tell I was surrounded by beer-lovers and it made me feel right at home. Unfortunately the tap room is a bit difficult to find and not very friendly for those who prefer to walk or use public transportation.
There were four beers on tap: Simple: Citra, Joe Chavez, Nonna's Blend #2, and Anais. Two Pilots and Adjunct Professor were available in bottles.
We got taster glasses to try them and they were all thoroughly enjoyable. I'm not usually a pale ale fan and I even enjoyed theirs!
