Sin City Brewing Las Vegas
This is just a small beer stop inside the Planet Hollywood Mall. They have five beers on tap. They have a light American Lager, an Octoberfest, a German Wheat, an Irish dry stout and I had the British IPA. The bar seats about 10 people. They have pint glasses, shot glasses, pilsner glasses, I liter German style glass mugs, coasters, shirts and hats. The British IPA was actually pretty good. It has a malty British malt flavor and good clean hop flavor, not overly assertive like an American IPA. No food is served, but they have some hard liquor as well.

Sin City is one of those places that you could easily dismiss. It's in a mall attached to a Casino! Beer's served in plastic cups, and it looks more like a souvineer stand than a bar. Somehow, it rises above that.

There are just five taps, but I thought the stout and IPA were very good. (even in a plastic cup) The service was beyond good, I'd say it was outstanding.

Sin City is a little Oasis in the Nevada dessert.

Sin City has two locations now, one in Miracle Mile and one in the Flamingo both on the Las Vegas strip. The Falmingo location is good because it has a patio connected to the pool area. The bar is pretty small otherwise, probably room for no more than 20 people.

They do not serve food. They have four regular selections and one seasonal. The regulars are Light, Pale Ale, Amber and Stout. The seasonal in the winter of 2009 was an IPA. Overall, the stout was decent, but it wouldn't be a high choice if the other options were any good. Since the beer selections in Vegas tend to focus on the cheap side, its at least a change from that, but definitely not one of the better breweries out there.

This is not a brewery. The beers are contract brewed by Gordon Biersch elsewhere in town. The beers are well made, but generally bland and boring.

This is a small bar that sits 8-10 people in a small closet sized alcove in a shipping mall. Good service and inexpensive prices. Lots of schwag for sale.

Worth a stop if you are walking the mall, which is an interesting mall tot wonder and a good break from the casino.
