OK first off I work here at Martins(as the beer consultant) so my opinion may be biased but I wanted to get some info for the people. We have about 200 beers and probably one of the best beer selections in the city. Our focus is on craft and imports and we are constantly doing our best to bring in new items to not only our store but to New Orleans. We are also willing to special order beers for customers as long as the beers are available in Louisiana.

I have been there once. This is a Wine Shoppe. Not a pub/bar. Nice beer selection. Imports are sort of tough to find in this area outside your popular imports like Guinness. I believe I bought my first St. Michaels Cream Stout there which is tough to find around here.Stouts beside Guinness is tough to find in this Bud Light loving culture.

I didn't look at wines but they have a huge selection and seem to be very popular as the place was packed with wine customers. Prices on beer were in-line with all others. Staff seemed very knowledgeable of the beers. If you live in the area and haven't shopped there, it is worth checking out.
