Visited this place on a Sunday afternoon, there was plenty of sunlight coming in the large patio doors that surround this airy corner establishment. There is a host station at the front, a la TGI Fridays. The walls are painted bright orange & blue, and the floors are a dark stone tile. The tables must be from Cy's Crab House, because they have seashells set into them. 2 long wooden tables are on either side of the bar, adjacent the dining areas. Many flatscreen tv's for sports games. The u-shaped bar is smack in the middle, with a front and rear dining area on either side. Decor and layout was sort of awkward, both from a functional and aesthetic perspective. Our server was making a 50-yard dash back and forth to accommodate both areas of tables.

Taps are split up on two sides of an island behind the bar. The printed tap list was organized by price, therefore difficult to navigate when looking for a beer. There were many quality options with some filler, a small amount of seasonals, yet little in the way of adventurous beer. St. Bernardus and DFH 90 min. were a couple highlights, but stacked against 30+ average beers, the overall selection left me wanting more.

Service was better at the bar when we first arrived. There was one server in the place late in the afternoon. After a few groups came in, service got spotty. One person in our group couldn't get his check, even after several attempts to flag down the staff.

The appetizers I had were small, and just so-so. The burger next to me looked better, it came on a pretzel roll. There were also some Thai options that sounded worth a try next time. They are kid-friendly with a separate menu, and high-chairs. Several were in attendance, so this seems more like a family-friendly neighborhood place.
