Ah the Harp. I hate you and I love you all at the same time. I spent many a day in my younger years drinking by the river on warm summer nights. I enjoyed your raucous St. paddy's day atmosphere a time or two.

Smallish bar to your left when entering. Seating area in the back. Nice waterfront deck outside. So if you do go. Try to hit it between the months of May through September.

Now as an adult you are but a one trick pony with little to offer except a pint or three of Guinness. Nothing special on draft. No real sexy bottles.

Pints are always full and they keep em coming. I'm not sure if I've ever eaten at the Harp. At least in my drunken memories I don't recall. I didn't get food this time either.

Overall it is what it is. An Irish themed pub with typical Irish pub charm.
