Another Dallas industrial area brewery. Large crowd tonight for trivia night and because of that they were too busy to pour me a flight. So they offered a few tastes and since I already had a few of these beers in the can earlier in the week I had the double Mosaic IPA first. Malty, hoppy and alcoholic with a good hoppy aroma which is hard to get in a double IPA. The next beer I had their Hop Skinny Lo-cal IPA. This beer has some vegetal malt flavor, and medium light hoppiness, but a good light introductory micro-beer. Then I had the 3-D triple IPA which comes in a can and includes a pair of 3-D cinema type glasses so you can actually see the 3-D printing on the can. I have never seen that! That was about it for beers I wanted to try and had time for, but I did notice they had several sour beers if you are looking for those. They do have glassware for sale and coasters too. I was there on trivia night and the place was packed. It is definitely worth the visit.
