This is kind of an eclectic brewery in Downtown Dallas. They have about 30 of their own beers on tap, plus many in bottles for sale as well. They have a stage for live music and they have food also. The back of the bar where the tap handles are is made of 6 old refrigerator doors with 5 taps sticking out of each door. The first beer I had was their Right in my Wheelhouse and is a tropical style pilsner. This beer has nice bitterness, excellent body and mouthfeel. The next beer i had was their Love Cut Hazy ale. Mmm...this beer is malty with a tropical aroma, medium hop flavor and not overriding bitterness. The next beer was called the Haze of my Youth. This beer is yellow in color and very hazy, it has a more earthy hop aroma and flavor, but a good beer. The next beer i tried was their Volumes of Quality. This is another hazy beer with a tropical and somewhat spicy hop flavor. The last beer was their Yavin Prime, a red IPA. This beer has a spicy aroma with low hops...very clean with some malty melanoidins. There were over 30 beers to try so I guess I will have to come back someday.

They did not have any Pint glasses for sale at this time, and no coasters either.
This was the best brewery out of the 5 I went to on this trip and certainly worth the stop.
