This production brewery is fairly new to the Twin Cities, but has already made a name for iteself with several tasty beers. I have been here twice now: the first for a tour and the second for growler sales.

The place has a clean industrial feel with lots of spotless stainless steel, and is located in a warehouse in St. Louis Park. At the time of this writing it is pretty much a one-man operation, plus help from friends and family of the brewer. Tours are laid back and short, but feature free beer samples and time to talk to Jason.

The beers are Dissent (dark ale), Size 7 IPA (really pleasant IPA), Provider (light summer ale), and my personal favorite the very hoppy Rainmaker red ale. All are clean and nearly perfect. Growler sales are a great way to get this beer home, but they are available in bottle around town as well.

Worth a quick visit on the way to The Four Firkins to shop for beer!

Addendum from 5/2013: Since my last review these guys have opened up a small but busy taproom in the front of the building. Dark but comfortable with excellent servers and beers. If you are lucky they might have something special on tap (Wee Heavy or Lunker English Barleywine.) Even more reason to go hang out here for a beer! Check their website for taproom hours.
