linkLoomis Basin offers a comfortable, friendly tasting room, with take-away growlers available. The place has a few televisions and pretzels and peanuts, and if you ask nice, they will give you a tour, though you need only stand in one spot in the small warehouse to see it all. The Vindicator IPA is an excellent, hoppy offering, and the Big Boy is reminiscent of Eye of the Hawk. The other beers are fine, but these two stand out. I look forward to even better things from Loomis Basin as it matures. It is already a popular place, and can be hard to find a seat!

linkLoomis Brewery is located in a warehouse district. Loomis Basin Brewing Company provide 5 beers for your taste buds ( Swetzer Pale Ale, Old Route 40 Stout, Vindicator IPA, Red Robin Ale and Buxom Blonde Pils. Small in variety but large in taste. I am a hoppy beer nut and Vindicator fits the bill. This is the best brewery in the Sacramento Area on beer alone. They have pizza on Fridays, but I will.
Tasting room: 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Tuesday to Saturday, closed Sunday and Monday
