linkWhile the selection and atmosphere for this BevMo is not much different then any other, I am rating it because of its service. In October I was hosting an Oktoberfest Party and wanted a Sam Adams Oktoberfest Keg. No other place had one, but this location said they could get it. They had to wrangle with the distributor over a last Keg, but got it to me with time to spare. In July 2011, I wanted a Lost Coast Tangerine Wheat keg for my Daughter's 22nd birthday, and they had it on hand. They are always friendly and helpful.

linkThis is a pretty typical BevMo location. The cooler is appropriately located toward the back right behind the beer shelves. About half of the 9 doors were well stocked with craft offerings with the imports and BMCs featured in others. Several craft brew aisles include a mix of six/twelve packs and 22 oz bottles with a large number of the region’s craft brewers represented. I stopped in to pick up SA Longshot which I hadn't seen elsewhere. There are also racks of imports from around the world and a couple stack displays of popular brews and seasonal releases. Wine and liquor may be the main attractions at BevMo but the beer selection make this location a decent stop. There is a large parking lot out front.

I suspect this store location is a fairly typical representation for this chain. They did have a good selection of local California beers. I picked this location because of good reviews elsewhere.
They also had a fairly extensive singles selection. They are not the best about restocking the singles, but I had no problem grabbing a six pack and restocking the beers I wanted. Pricing was fairly typical for singles with most running $1.29.
I also found a few special beers like The Bruery and North Coast BA Rasputin. Prices on these seamed better than I've seen posted elsewhere ($18 for the NC BA OR).
