linkCork is a small intimate restaurant. It has a decent selection of beer and focuses on European beers mostly with emphasis on Belgians. Okay tap list and a few interesting choices in bottles so you should be able to find something. I don't think the selection rotates much, but I could be wrong about that.
My dinner was excellent but my wife's was just okay. They cater more to food and wine than beer even with an okay selection.
They also have a selection of what they call "T&A" or "TV Beers" and have your standard BMC beers if you're going with someone who isn't into craft beers.
Service was pretty good. A little slow to get our server at first but quick after that. I did have the wrong beer brought out to me once which was quickly fixed and I got a free beer out of it, which is as much as I could ask for.
