I'm not really one to shout out a chain beer bar/restaurant, but I have been working on an off in the Boulder/Denver area for the past couple of years and my hotel is right next to this Old Chicago. During those Colorado winter blizzards, this has been my go-to dinner spot. They have a ton of beers (bottles and taps), and of course a great selection of Colorado brews (never Left Hand though). The food is predictable and bad for you, but that Fettucine Alfredo and greasy dip dish pizza are always good on a cold night. This is great place to sit at the bar, get hammered on delicious beer, watch some hockey in peace, and walk back to the hotel. Oh, and the bartenders always smell like pot, so they are all very friendly. They are also right next to Superior liquors, which is great spot to pick up a night cap.
