As others have noted, this is a brewery (well meadery) with a tasting room/shop. No food is available; just a variety of meads. For me, most of Redstone's meads are a tad on the sweet side. The added acidity of the carbonation dries out the sparkling varieties closer to what I enjoy. Nothing bad; just not what I prefer. The space is quite small and can get cramped. The staff are very knowledgeable and willing to talk about their products as well as mead making and history. Well worth a visit to sample modern versions of an ancient beverage.

Take the tour! One of the most informative tours I have had the pleasure of taking. Learn the history of Mead. Quite a variety of meads available. The samples while not overly generous in size are free (except for the Reserves)! I had no idea there were so many different types of mead.
Not much room to sit around and imbibe (just a few small tables) and no food available.
Right off of Pearl St - just east of Foothills Pkwy along the frontage road.

No beer here, just sweet delicious mead. The mead is wonderful though. A small tasting room with small samples. You can purchase mead to go including the rare special reserves that you cannot find in stores that are available only at the meadery. They offer tours. The folks here are extremely friendly and love their mead. Located away from everything else in Boulder so it is a destination trip.
