This is probable the most environmentally conscious businesses I have ever visited. The employees ride their bikes to work and you get a discount on your check if you ride your bike instead of drive. All of the food and ingredients used are grown and produced locally. The clam chowder and fresh bread were fantastic!!! The service was awesome. The vibe in this place is great. The beer was good. Probably the most impressive thing is that in this entire restaurant/bar they produce less than one barrel of garbage a day. That is truly amazing. Great place!
