Strip mall chain bar in the middle of undeveloped fields, next to a Berkot's grocery store. The building façades on one side were all mismatched to look like a facsimile of a small town main street, with a 2006 cornerstone and a clock tower on the dentist office. Huh.

Past the revolving door, inside it's pretty cavernous, a big open space with high vaulted ceilings with several auxlliary side rooms not in use. Far from cozy. Granite bar top, no rail. Lame music piped in that seemed more appropriate for an under 18 club (at 2 in the afternoon). A group of early 20's guys came in for a round of carbombs and left. Whee.

Lots of taps behind the bar, and bottles in the cooler. They had a draft list but no bottle list. Selection wise they had 4 Summit taps (fresh Saga), 2 Wild Onion, Reissdorf, Abita, Lagunitas IPA, Bells Double Cream, and a few others. In bottles, Deschutes, O'so Lupulin Maximus, and a bunch of doors full of macros.

Service was ok, two bartenders were running around the whole time. One bartender mentioned she brought in the Pipeworks Raspberry Truffle bottle that was decorating a top shelf of the bar (no Pipeworks here oddly, though there were 10 varieties next door at Berkot's).

Beer selection here was good, though the sterile vibe left lots to be desired.

I found the the beer selections interesting but limited. The staff are not particularly well-informed regarding beers or at least they did not seem anxious to inform patrons of the different qualities of the beers offered. While the staff were courteous and efficient I did not find that warmth that is often expected in a beer pub. The place one huge room with about 30 flat screen TV's. The atmosphere is cavernous, big and cold. The place was nearly empty the times I was in there, but I think the noise factor would be bad if the place was populated. It's an adequate place to go for a few beers and food but nothing to write home about. I would think to avoid it on crowded nights.
