This store was located in the corner space of a very unassuming strip mall. The sign had the "Route 6" symbol, and LIQUORS in big red letters. On the door was a sign that read "Beer Geeks Welcome!" with a few craft brands that they carried. All the beer was in the side cooler, and the first aisle past the door. It was small, but there was alot packed in, plenty of quality items.

There were a few craft beers on sale, including Calabaza Blanca for $8. A few others were typical prices, but it was really nice to see some craft beer on sale in the current economic climate. There was a case or 2 of Hop Juice on the shelf, which made me wonder since the 2009 release isn't for a couple weeks. There was a good local/midwest assortment: Dark Horse, Founders, FFF, 2 Bros., Goose Is., and others. Quality imports like Rochefort 8 & 10, Triple Karmeliet, and a few other staple Belgians. There were a few singles, such as Goose BCS for $5-6.

Register service was quick and friendly, the lady asked if we found everything ok. I wanted to say something about all the underage drinking stickers I saw stuck all over the craft beers, but thought better of it. This topic had come up in the forums before, but that was the first I had seen it anywhere.

Bottom line, a craft beer oasis for the area...
