I stopped in with a few friends when in the area to visit the wineries. The few wineries we went to were mostly empty, but this place was fairly crowded. The tasting room is on the 2nd story of the old firehouse, and the first floor is devoted to brewing.

I had a sampler that included the Harbor Ale, Black Duck Porter, Altbier, Leaf Pile (basically pumpkin beer), Longest Night (Oatmeal Stout), and Otherside IPA. The Altbier and Leaf Pile were pretty good, but overall the beer was mostly average. They also had a Belgian Blonde and Ryesing Tide IPA on tap, but it didn't come with the sampler.

This brewery is actually converted from the town's old Firehouse as is pretty evident by the appearance. The Tasting Room is small but the fact that it is open air and steps away from the charming town make it a cool place to hang out especially in the summer. To taste the beers you have to buy a $5 pint glass, and once you do you get about half a glass of each beer, I think there's normally 5-6 on tap. The beers I've had are all pretty good especially Fall and Winter Seasonals and the Black Duck Porter. One time the server was very friendly, another time, not so much. Overall though a nice experience and definitely worth going to if you are in the area.
