Tired Hands is a relatively young, but impressive brewpub, one to watch for future growth. The building is brick and grey stucco with wood trim, and the architecture feels repurposed. Street parking is metered but inexpensive. Inside, their curved 12 chair wooden bar faces their kitchenette area. Their simple food menu includes pickles, bread, cheese, and a few appetizer meats. Deeper into the pub past the bar are doors to the brew house, and their brew kettle and stainless steel vessels are visible through glass windows. There are only a few small tables downstairs, but there is also an upstairs dining room with more seating and a three sided 10 chair wooden bar. Half the walls are brick and half are drywall painted green or brown. This place feels new and still under construction which belies the mature quality of their beers. They have 8 house brews on tap, and you can purchase 4 oz sample sizes of each. When I visited they had three hoppy pale ales and four varieties of saisons. I recommend stopping by to sample and take a growler to go. This up and coming brewpub offers a diversity of good quality craft brews.

I absolutely love this brewery! Everytime I go here, they have something different and unique to try! They specialize in Farmhouse Saisons and Hop forward ales (Pale ales and IPA's), but they will mix a few other styles from time to time as well. Their saisons are amazing! They use so many different and interesting spices/herbs in them and continually have something new and unique to try! They also do a lot of collaboration brews as well. Brewers from Hill Farmstead, Earth Bread and Brewery, Stillwater Artisan Ales, and also a Belgian brewery that I can't for the life of me think of at the moment. Just don't expect much in the way of food.... don't get me wrong, what they have is good, but there really isn't a huge selection here. To give you an idea, they usually have a choice of 2 different sandwiches (paninies) on their own home made bread, a mix of cheese and/or meat plates, soup, a salad, and a few different pickled treats. It's all about the beer here, and I wouldn't want it any other way!
