Upon walking up to this unassuming restaurant, you try to figure out where it can possible be, the entrance is very small and nestled between two other stores. Walk down a longish hallway and it opens up in to a big dining room with a large bar.

The beer is excellent and always changing with the season. Food is very good, however we have had some trouble with them running out of certain dishes when we've visited.

Service is decent but nothing outstanding. I haven't stopped at the bar to talk directly to the bartenders but I wouldn't place the servers knowledge and anything more than average. It sits in Princeton's center, and is staffed by college students, mostly.

I still just love going into this brewpub and gladly go whenever it is suggested.
