linkElse's is a pleasant small bar in the heart of the plateau district, a couple blocks east of St Laurent and a few blocks north of Sherbrooke. Although the selection of beers is not huge and they don't particularly come across as a beer bar, they do have a few interesting Quebec micros on tap (l'alchimiste, coup de grisou) as well as draft cider and a nice scotch menu. The food is really excellent too, and the kitchen stays open until close! The place can get pretty busy on weekend nights.
