Much of the 2012 review is still accurate but when I visited, dark brews were plentiful. On my sampler more that half were dark including 3 imperials. I enjoyed them all but came away with a 4 pak of Little Betty in cans as it was so easy drinking. In addition to the imperial stouts, I liked the Black IPA and the Brown Ales. Both great food and easy parking were a plus making it a winner.

We stopped in the brewery the day before the Great Nebraska Beer Fest. The brewery sponsors the beer fest, which is held across the street in the large parking lot. We wanted to get the feel of the land and sample their beers. As usual, I got a sampler which included 8 4 ounce beers for $10.00, 7 regulars and 1 seasonal beer. I guess it was the time of year, but they had no dark beers on their menu. The web site lists 13 beers total, a couple of which are dark beers. All the beers were good but nothing stood out as great. The main floor of the brewpub consists of a large bar area, bar tables, a dining area, and outdoor seating. There is a small upstairs with about 6-8 tables for dining. There are several flat screen TVs throughout and a projector/screen (for Huskers football I’m sure). They have a collection of breweriana (trays, posters, and bottles) on the walls which are also lined with barrels of beer quietly aging. The food was pretty good, with a typical selection of brewpub food. I received a discount on the beer and nachos for being an American Homebrewers Association member. There is plenty of parking across the street in the mall parking lot. They have growlers and some 22 oz bottles to go.
