Alley Kat Brewing is a small microbrewery on the south side of Edmonton. The brewery is in a light commercial area, has a nice store complete with beer (of course) glasses, shirts, etc. No food is served but the staff is super friendly. On my visit, they had three different Double IPA's to choose from as well as a Barley Wine and a Pumkin Ale. The location is a little hard to get to depending on the time of day and traffic but the beer is worth the adventure. If you're ever in Edmonton during normal business hours, stop by and buy some really good beer.
