I’m not really fond of Florida, the land of continuous strip malls. However, Phyre is a great little joint. For starters, its located in the old, quiet part of St Cloud, but still close to several of Florida’s innumerable highways, making it easy to get in & out. They opened in June 2019. Their web site says they are, “a vintage pin up themed, in house Nano Brewery & Craft Tavern.” Lots of pictures from that era. Seven of their own drafts and maybe another half dozen guest drafts on the menu. I tried their Porter & IPA – both good. Cans & growlers to go. Three short blocks off US 192 and a world away.
