linkSnapshot is located in an odd little section of Greenville North of town. The building was a hardware store in a previous life and has little parking. More parking is available on the Dollar General side of the building.
Inside the restaurant is quite spacious and no indoor smoking is certainly a plus. The bar has 9 drafts of which at least 6 rotate with some frequency. The beer menu was out of date with only three taps staying the same. At the time of the visit the offerings were Highland Oatmeal Porter and St. Teresa Pale, Brooklyn Pilsner and Brown, Sam Adams O'fest, Mad Hatter IPA, and then Stella, Lion Stout, and Yuengling which do not seem to rotate. They also have some bottled offerings, but they are not listed on the beer menu. Monday is $2.50 pints which is a great deal.
The food was great. This is a foodie destination for sure. The burger was excellent as were the homemade sweet potato chips, and the fried zucchini and yellow squash appetizer. All the food was top notch and the service was great. I believe my server was Shea and she did a great job.
Now for the downside. Beware the pony-tailed, terminator glasses on the forehead, Sexual Chocolate Tee shirt, barfly. Loud, obnoxious, and only partially correct. Perhaps a great guy, but he did not enhance my dinner and drinks in the least. Best part of the evening was when he went to the back. Ahhh.
I'll certainly return to Snapshop, but I might check and see if pony boy is in the house and decide my seating arrangements accordingly.
