I am very impressed with Les 3 Brasseurs for a number of reasons. Firstly is the sheer number of them. Mostly in France but a few dotted around Canada as well.Perhaps the best feature is that the brewery is not housed away behind glass or hidden from view completely like some brewpubs. It is right there in the middle of the bar by the window. My booth was right in front of it and there was a brew going. The smell of beer being brewed was just heaven.
The beer itself is good but not exciting. The food is excellent though.
