Funded in 2004 this Brewery is a family owned business located 35km from Belo Horizonte. It has a nice Germany style architecture. They also have a proper space for tasting and sensor analysis. Now, they produce 9 different styles of beers (Pilsen, Vienna Lager, Schwarzbier, Belgian Strong Ale, IPA, Weiss, Dry Stout and and seasonal one made with a brazilian local fruit called Jabuticaba).

There is some features of Falke Bier that is very interesting (beside the beers...), they have a cave where the Monasterium (the Belgian Strong Ale) mature while Gregorium music is being played. According to the brew master, Marco Falcone this allow the yeast to do a better work.

Visit Falke Bier is a must in a Brazil/Minas beer tour!
