Great beer choices with 100+ taps. Friendly service. Food is ok but you don't go here for the food. It's all about the beer. My group of friends and I are here at least once a week and usually more.

It has been in existence since 1996. It is a converted BBQ restaurant. Most of the old kitchen converted to be the cold room for kegs and bottles. Their kitchen is small and thus the limited, but sufficient, food menu.

I'm very new to the Dallas area, but this is already one of my favorite hangouts. They have an awesome selection of beers, with new labels arriving all the time. For those who enjoy it (as I do) there is the "UFO Club" where you can get some cool rewards for trying a bunch of different and really good beers. The atmosphere is nice with a bit of a sports bar feel, but not over done. The food leans towards pub fare and snacks. My favorite is the chicken nachos with the habanera sour cream. The prices are moderate to above average, but with specials almost every day of the week, including brewery glass nights on Wednesdays. I would highly recommend the Flying Saucer, in fact most Monday nights you will find me there. There is no “outdoor” seating, but an area where, large doors open up to the outside, and allow for a lot of fresh air. Smoking is allowed inside, but has only been a problem for me on few occasions.
