Corsair moved into the space previously occupied by Yazoo Brewing Company, after Yazoo move to a larger location. They are a distillery, but in 2014 they started experimenting with creating high gravity beers and aging them in their used whiskey and rum barrels.

Currently you can only get their beers in the tap room, but they have plans to expand with local distribution of kegs and eventually canning or bottling.

The beers are all small batch/experimental with a heavy influence of ancient grains and styles.

Aside from the 5 - 7 in house beers (that contently rotate) they also have around 15 rotating local and regional craft beers on tap, along with an assortment of canned and bottled beers/ciders.
