Delicious beer here! The Blue Pants brewery and taproom occupies one-fourth of a long olive-green corrugated steel building. The building has metal awnings with blue trim, and there is plenty of space to park. They do not have a kitchen, but a food truck is usually parked out front. On the left is a fenced outdoor patio area with several wooden picnic tables, a small stage for music, and overhead string lights. Inside the tap room are several high-top tables and their 13 chair wooden bar. To the right is a small lounge area with a couple couches, there are a couple televisions for sports, and in the opposite corner is one video game. The floors are black concrete, the walls are painted blue, and there is a motif of blue jeans pants decorating the bar area. Behind the bar are large windows looking into the brewery. On the left are midsize stainless steel brewing vessels, and further back on the left is a farm of stainless steel fermenters. On the right are kegs, pallets of grain, and barrels of aging beer. A chalkboard near the bar lists their 12 house beers on tap, which are available by glass or sampler flight (served on tray in the shape of blue pants of course). The service is cordial and attentive, and the place has a friendly relaxed atmosphere. Their brews have a good variety of styles and strengths, and I was especially impressed with the bolder ones: Tuxedo Black IPA and Knickerbocker Irish Red Ale (both 7%abv), and Bourbon Barrel Aged Wee Heavy (13%)! The range and quality of their beers definitely deserves a visit.
