On a Saturday beer sampler day, this was the 2nd stop in a scheduled 4-brewery day.

Falcon Mt. is located in the "old historic" section of Parker, Colorado: a 2-block long street of store fronts for lawyers, real estate agents and various tourist industries.

Would like to review this brewpub but we walked in, chose a seat outside on a beautiful May day then was told by the waittress that they had no beers of their own, only "guest taps."

"We've had some problems," she said.

Yes - they do.

This is inexcusable. To open your doors as a brewpub, serve food but not the beer you brew?

C'mon folks. There is simply no reason to ever visit if that is even a possibility. Colorado abounds with way too many other brewery options to ever let that happen.

This person needs 3 or more reviews on the site for their scores to start counting.

Wow, the beer was not good at all. I have had thousands and thousands of beers from commercial imports, american craft brews and home brewed beer and the flight I had this evening was quite poor. All of the beers had some type of sanitation flaw and several were oxidized as well. I truly wasted $9 on the beers present to me. I sampled a Kolsch, Hefe, Wit, Pale Ale and Chocolate Brown. The worst was the Wit as I could not even take a second sip. The server asked me how the beers were and I told her honestly that they were not good.

The food was just so-so as well. My wife and I ordered a pretzel, sliders and chips with queso. The pretzel was lifeless and uninspiring. I soaked it in mustard so I could mask the aftertaste of the horrible beer. The sliders were not too bad and had mozzarella and marinara under the bun. The queso was ok but the chips were half crumbs. The server asked if we would like more chips but we just wanted to pay our tab and leave.

The atmosphere was pleasant but it makes no difference if the food is average and the beer is undrinkable. I hope the beers improve drastically otherwise I believe this brewpub will fold rather quickly. I certainly can't
recommend anyone going there for a pint of good beer at this time. Avoid.

Six beers available when visited. Nothing darker than a brown on tap, but looking at the website they have some darker beers coming soon. The Falcon was a nice balance between malt and hops and the Paragrin Pale Ale is a good Pale Ale with some nice hoppiness to it. Small brewhouse and it looks like they use malt extract to brew their beers. Located of Main Street in Parker is is a nice location.

For the taster tray you can choose between 4 beers or all six. I choose 6 beer taster for 9 bucks.

The food is good and very filling. Not too busy for a overcast Saturday afternoon. Growlers are Mason Jars which gives prohibition feel to the whole thing and have stickers.

They do offer a 15% Public Service Employee or AHA Membership Discount.

Would visit again if in the area.
