This is a brewery that is pretty much exactly what you would expect from a place on the outskirts of a national park. What i mean by that is the atmosphere is rustic and friendly with a bit of a country feel.

I had a sampler of all their standard beer options -there were 6 in all. They were nothing really memorable but all very drinkable.

I also had a chicken sandwich which was fairly well done.

Being a hop head, I love a place that frequently has 2 IPAs on tap at the same time!

Everything these people make is good, even the styles I usually stay away from are good here.

My favorites are the Centennial IPA and the Oatmeal Stout.

The food is good, and the service is good too. The Kitchen is incredibly tiny, about 6'x 6', right next to the bar and visible from anywhere, but they do a great job.

They recently won the People Choice award for best beer at the Hunter Mountain Beer and wine festival.

Prices are great, especially for their growlers!
