Beer selection is fairly good considering the size of the brewery. The beer has also improved since they opened. Have tried five of their beers. All were very good representatives of their types of beers. I have tried Celestial Blonde, Endless Summer Ale, Old Forge Ale, Overbite IPA and T-Rail Pale Ale. The menu is fair sized and what I have tried was tasty. First floor atmosphere is ok but second floor is better especially since the dining area was expanded. They also have a large list of seasonal and speciality beers rotating in and out.

Stopped to eat at the Chinese/Japanese/whatever next door and they didn't have a liquor license so I happily went next door to this place. Mug club seemed really cool, fermenters right up front too. Bought a growler and filled it with a really light beer (forgot the name) for the non-beer folks I was with. It was a kolsh I believe. Good beer. I went back in after dinner and grabbed a roadie. Asked for pumpkin but when I got back to NY and opened it it was the kolsh again. I was sad. Small place as other have said but I'll be driving by again and will give it another shot. Service was SLOW as there seemed to be only one person working there. It was busy.

The beer selection seemed really good for such a small operation. The bar/restaurant is extremely small, but I understand there is more dining area upstairs (there is also some seating outside as well).

I was only able to try a couple of beers, one of them being an oatmeal stout. It had a nice porous head, and very complex, burnt goodness! One of the best oatmeal's I've had in awhile. I also tried the IPA, which was a very good full-bodied beer.

The parking appeared to be on-street only, so that might be a challenge on a busy night (just getting to the bar on a Saturday night looks tough...I think there were 8 stools?). From talking to the very nice bartender, they seem to push the food aspect more than their beer. I didn't have anything to eat, though...maybe next time.

Stopped in last year while doing a "tour de biere". The place is rather small but has a nice atmosphere. The bartender was friendly and tried to answer questions on the offerings. Got a sampler of seven beers. Of them, the kolsch and the porter struck me as being very good. The others were solid but not hittin' for me. We ordered a couple of appetizers and they were okay. I'm sure another visit is in the future.

A very nice friendly brewery. The brewer typically has an ale, a lager, a stout, and a porter on tap at all times. In addition he has a seasonal or two that changes quite often. The food is very good and made with local fresh produce, cheeses and meats. Very often the food has their beer involved in the cooking process. The atmosphere is very bright and cheery. The staff is very friendly and helpful in choosing your drink or meal. However, the brewery is small and has limited seating, make sure to call ahead for reservations if you are going on a weekend.
