linkThis is a taphouse primarily serving Firehouse Brewery beers but with several guest taps and bottles thrown in, providing a nice variety of brews. There is a relative small bar area in the corner with some additional tall table seating. The balance of the restaurant is devoted to table and booth seating with some additional seating outdoors in a small patio area. There are about a dozen taps of which half are “house” brews from the Sunnyvale Brewery with the remainder split between imports and regional crafts. When I visited, one of the guests was an El Toro IPA and the bartender said they like to feature ET brews so I’m looking forward to seeing one of their winter seasonals in the future. I enjoyed a Firehouse Scotch Ale but didn’t have a chance to sample their food menu so that’s another reason for a return visit. There is plenty of parking in the lot and it’s a nice place to stop by if your SO is shopping at IKEA across the street.
Update 04/09: Stopped in for OTIS (One Tun Imp Stout)since the brewery was out. They currently have a great stimulus menu, lunch and dinner values as well as nice guest taps.
