Not too much to add to facility descriptions by the previous reviews other than the Public House is still going strong. In addition to the Brews on tap, there are beer & spirit cocktails and a variety of Rogue bottled beers and spirits for purchase. I greatly enjoyed the recently released Santa's Private Reserve 2017. The food menu includes some upscale pub food and unusual pizza's. There are a couple pool tables in the back room as well.

I had one of the best brew house nights of my life at the Rogue Public House. There is great feel to the area that this brewpub calls home, it is a working fishing village, with great seafood, and all of the seaside kitsch that you can handle. We were there on a quiet night, so we really had the bartenders full attention and she was unbelievable, a real character. We sampled everything on tap and needless to say, got completely lit up. Everyone on beermapping should be familiar by now with Rogue's portfolio and history in the microbrew world. So I cannot offer any new information of their beer. But, what really suprised me was the great atmosphere they had. We spent the night talking and drinking with a handful of very eccentric locals who offered a ton of great information about the town and were just incredibly interesting people, I almost thought the brewery had paid actors on staff, but of course they were just regular weirdos living in an amazing town. This is a must visit spot. We are now citizens of Rogue Nation.

This is now my accomodation on my annual pilgrimage from Australia. The upstairs apartments are terrific and very handy. With Tuesdays as Hawaiian nights as well as trivia nights there is always something happening. The staff are very friendly & I now have some life-long friends. Even the customers are friendly and you can always strike up a great conversation. My second home. Do not forget that Hops are male and Barley are female restrooms.

The Rogue pub in Newport is a 1960’s building with apartments above (for overnight stays as the Rogue Bed & Brew!). It’s a typical Rogue environment - not fancy but a good pub feel. The location is right on the working waterfront (no view) of Newport, across from a fish processing plant, but with miscellaneous tourist attractions down the street. The bar area is at the back and includes a bar top made of narrow light-colored wood, brass foot rails and stools plus a beer rail with more stools. The rest of the main room is dining seating - light wood tables and chairs and good lighting from the windows. A couple other side rooms offer more dining seating. There’s also a outside side patio adjacent to the parking lot.

There were 29 Rogue beers on tap as well as three guest beers (Bud, Coors Light, and pear cider!).

Important note on the restrooms: Hops = Men’s, Barley = Women’s (the opposite arrangement from Rogue in Issaquah, WA).

Ahh, the Rogue.

Brother Pat and I took a 300 mile ride out to and down the coast from Beaverton; destination: Newport and the Rouge.

I found the pub small and inviting; the staff was engaging, and of course, the beer was excellent. If you haven't tried this brewery, go see.

We had burgers and just a taster as we were on the bikes. As big Rouge fans, we knew what was coming, and glad to have it!

Now a much better time here the service is a tad better than the brewery across the bay. The service is still sketchy and slow. The beer still is awesome and I love the pub food. They have a great look to this place and next door through a special door you can do some pokers and blackjack. Not sure for real cash or not but when I look in there I get the same sketchy looks the servers give you like what are you looking at boy. Go for the beer and get the Rogue Experience.
