We visited on a Sunday afternoon recently. We ordered the sampler which was eight beers and a beer glass of cheese cubes. They have eight regular beers and six seasonal on tap plus 22-25 guest taps. They also have 750 ml bottles, growlers, and kegs to go as well as cask ale, and lots of barrel aging. Their selection consists of a nice variety of Belgian Saison type beers. There are no TVs to keep the place from becoming a sports bar. The place was packed for a Sunday afternoon during football season with no TVs – very nice. They have plenty of table and seating inside as well as dog friendly outdoor patio seating. They have Wi-Fi for customers. Parking is available in the large lot in front of the brewery. They do have food service but we were full from lunch so didn’t order anything.

I was in Colorado Springs a few Saturdays ago visiting from Denver. Trinity was so good I drove back (about an hour) to the springs the next week so I could have more of their beers. They have a lot of really unique stuff. I had a saison that was brewed with different types of flowers, that tasted like the way a flower garden smelled. It was really awesome. They also had another saison brewed with hemp seeds and some flowers that was equally good. Their stout is excellent, their IPA is also excellent, and pretty much all of the other house beers are excellent. They have all kinds of small batch brews that are constantly changing and the brewery itself is really cool inside. Also, their food is the best food I've ever had at a brewpub. Absolutely incredible. I want to go back again already.

Trinity's owners stress being earth friendly, and have constructed their brewery largely out of reclaimed construction material. The atmosphere is definitely relaxed and friendly (owners also emphasize that the employees are like family, and they certainly seemed to be happy and work well together). They have both indoor and outdoor seating (all smoke free) and you can get a discount by walking or riding your bike there. They have a nice selection of 30 or so beers, featuring half a dozen or so that they make themselves. Good, eclectic guest tap list. They were playing 70's rock and roll on the stereo - but not the "classic rock" stuff, a little more b-side type material (not the biggest hits).

Great atmosphere and beer selection. Only complaint is that they only fill their growlers on Sundays. Newly opened, this place is a must visit for anyone in the Colo Spr area. Trinity plays on the earth-friendly business model, with 10% discounts for those that arrive on foot or bike, recycling and composting of spent food, waterless toilets, etc. Even if you aren't "Granola", the people here will make you feel welcome.
