Moab Brewery is a decent place in downtown Moab - a good choice for anyone looking for a place to hang out after a day at Arches National Park.
My friends and I were camping nearby, so we stopped at Moab. We'd already eaten, so we just ordered a couple of rounds of beers. The waitress was nice, but she seemed confused about the fact that we were only ordering beer (this may be a practice that's looked down upon in Utah). They had a selection of about 10 beers on tap.

Somewhat small review this time. I went here with my wife and my cousin who we met up with for a visit. She didn't drink as she is Mormon but she liked to see what it was all about and why we were so into beer. This place is tucked into the beautiful Moab area. First ever brewery I've visited in Utah. The place is a nice open restaurant and very clean with a bar situated in the center and a souvenir desk and the entrance/exit.
Beer was all excellent. Had a sampler 10 beers. And then a pint of their stout which was my favorite.
Food was also good. They had a large variety to chose from and if I remember right I had a buffalo chili cheese burger that was freakin delicious!
Good service though the server didn't seem to call on us very often. Had to call on him to get anything but he was very nice about getting what we asked for.
I will return here next time I am in the area. Good place to grab a cold one and lunch before doing your next adventure.

Although Moab is in a beautiful area, the diverse culture of mormons, recreationalist, ranchers and drifters has not spawned much in the way of breweries and good restaurants. Honestly, I think Moab is one of the more overrated towns in the country, yeah it's close to canyonlands and arches, but the town kinda sucks, sorry. That said, Moab Brewery is one of the only decent places to get a beer and a bite. Their food menu is extensive and everything I've had has been really good after a long day of outdoor recreation. As one of the other reviewers stated, the beer is neither bad nor particularly good. It's just sort of there and drinkable. I do like the Derailleur, but beyond that, there is little to talk about. There are examples of most major beer styles on tap and it's definitly a comfortable atmosphere with good service. But Remember, this is Utah. Although I have not been to Epic in SLC, Moab is still my favorite brewery in Utah.

I have been in Moab several times in the past four years and have always migrated to the brewery after a dusty day in the jeep. We have always found the service to be good, the food great and the beer refreshing. Eat in the bar......the restaurant is getting rather large. We spoke with several locals at other establishments looking for another place to eat and they all referred us to the Moab Brewery...Good Sign !! Good variety of beers....the Scorpion is nice and hoppy !

Moab is a great town to hang out in and this is a good place to get a beer. They serve several styles brewed on site and usually have a couple from a partner brewery in Salt Lake area???
All the beers I have had are good. Nothing extrodinary just good beer.
Food and service have always been excellent. They used to have a fabulous patio area out front where you could sit and look at the mountains in the distance. On my last visit they had enclosed this area. I realize they have (extremely) hot and cold seasons but this was a great loss in my opinion.
No better place in town to get a cold one after a day on the river or bike.

Moab is such a great town, and this brew pub is worthy of its location.
On the main drag through town and in a great structure, the Moab Brewery is a welcoming and comfortable place to go. The menu is suprisingly good and the beer average to slightly above.
I had occasion to visit three times; and imbibed the Scorpion Pale Ale, the Deralleur Pale Ale and the Deadhorse Amber. I kept ordering the Scorpion, but none of these beers were poorly done nor particularly outstanding in any way.
If you are lucky enough to spend some time in Moab, make this brewery central to your needs-meeting.
Annoyances: I'd upgrade the interior some.
