linkAtlantis Casino is going through a major remake and recently opened a new sports book area that includes a Sports Bar. There is a large semi circular bar with an adjacent table seating area which is open to the casino and a new entryway. Plenty of TV’s throughout the area display just about any sporting event you want to see. Six taps were operating when I visited, all dedicated to craft brews. I enjoyed a Stone IPA and a Young’s Double Chocolate Stout. The bar menu is relatively short but the Manhatten Deli is adjacent and terrific plus there are a number of other restaurants surrounding the casino that cover the gamut of culinary styles. Pricing at the bar is a bit steep but if you are gambling, the brews are usually comped. Of course, there is a large lot with plenty of free parking and shuttle service from RNO.
