linkStopped in a few weeks ago on a Saturday night..pretty quiet, but it is the off season. Seven beers on tap Edgar the assistant brewmaster was helpful and willing to chat. They distribute locally and in Boise. The restaurant is rather large but we did not eat. The Osprey pale was good and hoppy, the hefe a german style hef, the red was pretty stout. Nice stop while out on a road trip....

linkWas there a long time ago when it first opened and it was pearched over looking the lake and it was a great place. The beers where awesome from what I remember. They have a winter festival that should never be missed up in this area and the summer months the lake is the place to ski, fish and visit. This is a brewery with one of the best views ever. Will make a trip back one day when my littl eone gets older. Good old Pub Food.
