Not only is the family owned grocer an excellent choice to buy your food at but they also have an extensive Madison area selection of craftbrews and some homebrewing ingredients and equipment for sale too! If you look around Miller's you will find that they sport a great selection of locally purchased items including "old school" milk sold in glass half gallon jugs which is produced by a local dairy farm by grass fed cows. Also in dairy you will find locally produced yogurt (mmm...vanilla is my favorite) and a selection of locally made cheese and a fairly good selection of organic and green grocery products.

Back to the beer, go past the produce on the north end of the store and you will find the liquor department. At the back of the liquor dept. is a huge cooler room with auto doors and at the entrance is a fair selection of brewer's best homebrew ingredient kits. Also at the beer cooler entrence you will find carboys, cases of beer bottles (empty of coarse), bottle trees, winemaking kits and other essential ingredients for homebrewing and home winemaking like food grade sanitizers and racking canes.

Walk into the cooler and you are greeted with tons of local craftbrews like Ale Asylum, Waterstreet, Tyrenena, Lake Louie, City Brewers and a great selection of national craftbrews like Liguanita's and Dogfish Head! Yum!! Of coarse you will find the staple WI beers like New Glarus but don't miss this grocer if you are on the west side of Madison!
