linkOne of my favorite spots in Philly, and in only one year. Beer selection is not huge, but it is thrilling: they tend to have beers other than "the usual suspects." The owners have years of connections in the biz and get beers other bars wish they had. Cask ale (and occasional cask lager!) is well-kept and delish. In a residential area, but parking's rarely a problem. Use a lot of local foods on a changing, adventurous menu; just had a fantastic roasted mushroom soup there. Service is friendly and comfortable (and beer-savvy), and the patrons are too. Becoming a must-stop for out-of-town beer travelers.
