I discovered Patterson's while I was working in the Airport area of Santa Rosa (which is in Windsor - don't ask). PP's is located within Windsor's Town Green - a Disneyesque recreation of Old Downtown Windsor.

Location's great - although if they had nabbed the location of KC's Grill, right on the edge of the park, it would have been an even better place to go for a draft. Nice bar decor, with lots of wood to give the place that pubby feel. However, it is a wee bit cramped, and their outdoor seating is limited and feels like an afterthought.

Decent selection of beers on tap. (Bear Republic's) Racer 5 IPA and Lagunitas IPA are both available, along with the requisite Harp Lager, Guiness, and other national brews such as F(l)at Tire. Bottled beers round out the selection, in case you want a Bud or Miller -- hey - I have drunk a bottle or three of Duvel, although at $6 a throw, it's a bit rich for a regular habit.

Food is farely decent, with broader se;ection than I've found at some pubs. Pricing is slightly on the high side -- but you've got to pay for that rosewood bar somehow :o)

Service is good at the bar, but sometimes a bit inattentive at the tables when they're busy.
